Android: Filter or parse html when using Custom List Adapter
If I am using a CustomListAdapter, and there is a data in the XML that is just HTML tags, for example , how can I display it so that when you click the link it goes to the url?
Also I am wondering how do I parse the HTML tags within the list? For example, when you click on the link it should search through the HTML tags and then find the id of the link, and then be able to perform actions on the view that is clicked, for example, it should change the value of a TextView.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think you need to write an own Adapter which uses some HTML parser to find the link and go to the url.
This would be much more flexible than using some already existing ListView adapter. I'm no expert in HTML parsing but there's at least some tutorial how to get started:
